OM KittYoga - Only from the heart can you touch the sky

I am a professional yogainstructor (instructing 800+ classes per year) in Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Hot Yoga, KittYin and guided meditation and I am also mentoring/educating other yogainstructors.

Yoga has now become a way of my life and something that fills me with constant happiness and magic. I always feel as if I’m sitting on a great secret that I want to share with everyone. Yoga has been and continues to be, a source of inspiration in every part of my life.

Att verka och leva som yogaproffs är krävande och samtidigt så givande. Att resa runt i världen för att jobba och utvecklas med andra världsstjärnor som Bryan Kest, Rusty Wells, Patrick Broome, Shiva Rea, Baron Baptiste och Lance Schuler är en dröm som kommit sann.

Jag är nu 50 år och har yogat i 35 år. De senaste 20 åren har jag jobbat som yogainstruktör och mentor/utbildare för andra yogainstruktörer. Som så många av de stora mästarna har jag utvecklat min egen stil med ett brinnande hjärta.
När jag är hemma i Göteborg älskar jag att arbeta med mina elever som hela tiden får utmana sig själva för att uppnå frihet för hjärnan. Successivt får de också mer smidighet, styrka, vilja & balans vilket allt leder till ökat självförtroende.

Att mer och mer lyckas komma ur dagens samhälle, där framgång/makt/ägodelar likställs med lycka, är stort – mycket stort.

Förutom att Yoga med mina elever på Hagabadet & Fysiken verkar jag också som EventPresentatör, Gästinstuktör samt har Företagsupplägg. Jag vidareutbildar ävem instruktörer som vill vidareutveckla sig och "smittas" av KittYoga.

Föreläsningar som - "Yoga utanför mattan" och "24x7x365 yoga" har blivit extremt populära!
